Carol Ann Michener, 78, of Colts Neck, NJ, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 26, 2025. A woman of deep faith, boundless strength, and an unwavering positive spirit, Carol’s life was a reflection of love, dedication, and service. As a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, she leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Carol is survived by her sister Patricia Miller, her brother Joseph Miller and her loving children: Jennifer Edwards and her husband Roby, Laura Apisa and her husband Darren, Michael Michener and his wife Toni Ann, and Joshua Michener. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and another great-grandchild on the way, each of whom brought immense joy to her heart. Carol faced the ups and downs of life with remarkable resilience, always relying on her faith in God to guide her through. As the wife of a minister, Carol was a devoted partner in her husband’s ministry, offering her love and support at every turn. Her compassion extended into her professional life as well, where she worked as an administrative assistant with the Medical Mission Sisters, serving others with grace and kindness. Carol’s love for children was evident in her work teaching Bible stories at a local preschool, where she nurtured young hearts and minds with faith and love. At the core of Carol’s life was her unwavering belief in the power of hope and the grace of God. No matter the challenge, she remained steadfast, always trusting that things would get better with faith, perseverance, and love. Her joy for life, her ability to find light in every situation, and her boundless optimism were a testament to her deep belief that, with God’s grace, anything was possible. Though Carol will be deeply missed, her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and all who were touched by her warmth and positivity. We take comfort in knowing that she is now singing and dancing among the angels, her love continuing to shine brightly in the world. The family is deeply grateful for your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Carol’s legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her, and her spirit of faith, hope, and love will remain with us always.
